No: Your numbers look goot. Fasting does not put you at greater risk for diabetes. Eating sugar and carbohydrates does. One should always eat their protein first and protein needs to be a t every meal. Do not eat Carbohydrates all by themselves-this is what couses the high glucose spikes that ultimately lead to type II diabetes.
