Pinched nerve: You could possess nerve compression of median nerve over antecubital fossa, pronator syndrome, or ulnar nerve at elbow, cubital tunnel syndrome. Local problems at elbow joint may be promoting these complications. Get fully evaluated.

Varies: Numbness suggests a neurological origin. Can be a pinched nerve in neck and/or elbow among other possible causes. I would not hesitate to be seen. A nerve conduction test may be helpful as well.
