Some ideas: It may be you were responding to another medical provider. If not- consider- is there a blood clot in one of the veins? This is an unusual but important cause of these symptoms. Another possibility- numbness and pin sensation can arise from a nerve injury. The site depends on where you have the symptoms. Consider splitting your question into 2-3.
