Possibly chemical: There are a number of theories behind the cause for yawning, but given that yours came right after exercise, it may have been due to the release of endorphins prompted by your walk. Research suggests a link between the presence of endorphins and serotonin and increased yawning. In that case it would suggest that your walk was effective!

Tell 2Ur Medical Doc: U indicate a history of heart problems. As i understand it, this is an impt symptom 2report 2ur pcp/cardiologist. Ppl affected by anxiety -something else u indicate experiencing- also report excessive yawning (ey). And ey is also a known common side effect selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitor (ssri) meds often prescribed for anxiety & depression. (1 in 10 ppl report.) talk 2ur medical docs!
