Was getting ready to go for a walk, and all of a sudden i couldnt take a deep breath. my chest got tight, and it took me about five minutes to regain my breath back. yawning helps, but now i have a huge headache. not the first time its happened?

Chest tightness: This episode appears to have been some sort of muscle.spasm involving the rib cage. A heart or lung cause doesn't seem likely. Headache may be muscle contraction,tension type secondary to the acute episode you experienced. Tylenol & relaxation should help. Since you've had these episodes in the past as well, I recommend that you discuss them with your physician who may want to investigate them.
