Stress: Yes, anxiety and stress can definitely cause you to feel off balance. But if you also have a congested nose, there might be other issues that aren't purely mental. Congestion in your nose can be due to stress but also due to cold, allergies, or diet. And that can cause you to have a fluid imbalance in your head which can make you feel dizzy/off balance.
