Eustachian tubes: Eustachian tubes close up and don't want to open. Ask a pilot for the ways they get their Eustachian tubes open - they can show you easier than tell you. If unable to open, then see the Doctor.

For the pass few months I've had a runny clear discharge from my nose along with plugged inner ears off and on, my ears pop at times with yawning. Would this all cause lightheadedness or dizziness upon standing when my are plugged?
