Reduce stress: Anxiety, chronic stress, inactivity and poor diet are modifiable factors responsible for poor health and decline in cognitive function and weight gain. Great: Exercise, good sleep, control stress, these are all important factors for your motivation. This is my trifecta for treatment of fibromyalgia. I think if you look at each of these and emphasize each you can feel a lot better.
