Seen rheumatologist coz of dry eyes n multiple joint pain. doc said i have no autoimmune disease without doing any blood test. how can he be so sure?

Dry eyes: Great question. Autoimmune diseases sometimes are diagnosed by history but more often a complete panel of blood tests are required.

Sjogren's?: You need to see a rheumatologist to sort out your problem. Off hand, I think the presence of dry eyes and joint pain points to Sjogren's syndrome which can be confirmed by blood tests.
