Both?: At your age fibromyalgia is a stretch! i see you are on no meds for fibro! none for an autoimmune disease. You need to be seen by a rheumatologist! get one, please!

Get support: Lower stress by having a counselor help you set priorities and boundaries with family and friends. You have limited energy, so use it wisely! even if you feel lousy, try to get dressed in your running outfit and at least go outside and sit under a tree. You may feel like taking a few steps, maybe not. Don't beat yourself up for not being like a year ago. You will likely improve with time!

Forget the diagnoses: A late twenties female with #fibromyalgia (fm) and autoimmune disorder has diagnoses with no known cause. Cure necessarily requires modeling those who have overcome these symptoms ; one should study stories of sue ingebretson, vallerie lumley, ; books at amazon where natural non-toxic therapies for fm are reviewed. Nutrition, aquatherapy, yoga, and several other modalities are efficacious.
