???: The are some auto-immune disorders that are never completely identified. Get a second opinion if you do not feel comfortable with your current doctor.

Connective tissue dz: Undifferentiated connective tissue disease is when there are features of several connective tissue diseases like lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, dermatomyositis, sjogren's syndrome & scleroderma, but not enough to make 1 diagnosis. There is also mixed connective tissue disease which has features of lupus, scleroderma and polymyositis. Sometimes it's hard to make a diagnosis. Ok to seek 2nd opinion.
