Hot shower: Take a hot shower for immediate but temporary relief. A vaporizer can help. If you have a cold, there's simply nothing that will make you better but time. Sorry. If it's allergy, try otc decongestants like pseudoephedrine. Afrin (oxymetazoline) spray will clear your nose, but must not be taken for more than 48-72 hrs or it wil cause rebound and make you much worse. Carefully clean and dust your sleeping area.
