Saline irrigation: Have you tried using a neti pot (saline irrigation)? This may help. You could also try a oral decongestant (eg. Sudafed).

Nasal congestion: Since it's acute, you can certainly try using a nasal decongestant, like oxymetazoline or neosynephrine (phenylephrine). You shouldn't use them more than 3-4 days, though. If you stay that stuffed up, you should really have someone evaluate you if you need something more long term. Try saline, too, once you get the nose opened up a little more.
