Decongestants: Over the counter options are limited, but decongestants will probably be your best bet. If you can talk to you doctor or a walk-in clinic, then you might be able to get more help. Intranasal steroid sprays can help greatly. In cases where you can't blow at all, drugs like afrin (oxymetazoline) can help, but should only be use for 2-3 days at most.
