Need more info...: How long has this been going on? Related to periods, sex, activity, being hit, urinating, or moving bowels? All info may help dr. Find what is wrong. Lots of things can cause pelvic pain, & ovaries/tubes/uterus can be involved. For "severe" pain x 5 days, esp. With a fever, or tenderness to touch, consider going to er! laparoscopy may help, but need more info. Get help and good luck!
