What does this mean on my ct scan? there is a 3.2 cm low-attenuation lesion in the left adnexa. there is no evidence of pelvic lymphadenopathy or free fluid. findings: low-attenuation lesion in the left maxillary consistent with ovarian cyst?

All imaging results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, nothing you reported is a cause for concern. Wish you good health!
