How is endo diag if its spread beyound the pelvic/low abdom area, do to a lot of drs/techs don't no how to spot it because its diff colors an hard 2 diag?

It can be evasive and suspected on clinical grounds, usually when a cyclical pattern is recognized. Imaging studies, needle biopsy and not uncommonly exploratory surgery is needed to diagnose and treat it. Hormonal suppression may also help with diagnosis as well as treatment.
