Snoring: Options include: avoiding sleeping on one's back ( sew a pocket on the back of a t-shirt and put a tennis ball in it) losing weight seeing an ENT to evaluate the airways for deviated septum, enlarged tonsils etc. See an allergist and treat as needed.
