Debatable...: Highly debatable topic, but in general, snoring can be difficult to treat. For many adults, snoring is not caused by one problem area but is a combination of tongue, tonsil, throat, palate, and nose issues. Laser treatment may be ineffective, depending on areas addressed and severity of snoring. It is also important to rule out underlying sleep apnea with a sleep study- see an ENT or pulm. Doctor.
