What is the best treatment for snoring?

1 doctor answer
Dr. David Astrachan
36 years experience in ENT and Head and Neck Surgery
Depends : The answer depends on many factors. Whatight be the "best" for you may not be the "best" for someone else. If you have a clear nose and are of normal weight with a normal tongue but have a giant uvula removing the uvula would be the best option. If you are overweight and you airway is fairly normal weight loss is the best option. An ENT doctor can give you a good exam and advise you further.
