How does a dr. find out if you have cancer? is it through lab work only?

Complicated process: It take series of complicated process to find out if one has cancer and not other condition. Importantly, taking a good history and doing a careful examinations then based on it- we will perform series of blood works and necessary imaging/procedure until we are able to establish the diagnosis.
