Maybe someone can help ease my mind on 6/19/2019 fibroscan results kpa = 5 . 7/15/20 labs all liver panel blood work excellent on 8/20/2020 mri states mild steatosis . 1.1 cm lesion found. li-rad = l3 how can this be cancer ? any thoughts?

Liver lesion: I believe that your ordering physician should sit down with the radiologist and review the MRI, ask what the differential diagnosis is, ask what other studies(/needle biopsy, floowup for exasmple in 3 months,etc) or what other specialists to consult. This type of collaboration is often very helpful Your fibroscan showed no fibrosis.
