Fertility Medicine 31 years experience
Percentages: Really aren't well defined, and in most ways don't really matter. Female fertility is too variable during these years: some 37 year olds can no longer conceive, some 41 year olds conceive easily. One estimate is that at age 40, 50% of females will no longer be able to get pregnant.
