Cholesterol: You are missing vital information in your question about the entire cholesterol panel. The one result, the common 'total' cholesterol count is high, yes, but without the ratios and other results there is little to be specific about other than to say you are at risk for arterial damage and blockage.

That's really high!!: A total cholesterol of 330 is really high In the long term, this can contribute to an increased risk of heart disease and stroke. This needs to be lowered.
