damage to arteries occurs over a long period of time when abnormal tests are discovered. Let your doc address the lab findings with dietary and /or medicinal means. Good luck

High homocysteine levels are not desirable. Folic acid deficiency can be one cause of elevated homocysteine. Take one mg of folic acid supplement, daily and retest in 3-4 months.
