Probably: Hi. Maybe/probably, but how odd you don't state your age! Heterozygous FH is a bad actor. HTF old are you? Genes + age (duration) = phenotype (YES, I know genes + environment = phenotype, but I'm making a point!). Many folks with LDL 190 do NOT have heterozygous FH. So don't panic. Take a statin in high dose (maybe with ezetimibe or colesevelam); you at least have ONE LDL receptor gene.
