No, but do your own: Research on the issue. There are sources of factual information online, in libraries, at clinics, gyms etc. Too much of even a good thing can become a problem. Like compulsions and addictions - if you feel out of control, talk with a therapist. A training coach may offer advice too. If you feel guilty, a liberal clergy person might be able to reassure you - others might help you do it less often.
