No it does not: Sexual activity of any kind does not affect the circulating level of testosterone in the male body. Certain body building supplements, hormonal treatments and anabolic steroids certainly can alter testosterone production and should be avoided.

Will not: Your body's testosterone is generated in your testes (balls). Having sex will not change the amount of testosterone that your body can produce. Neither will masturbation.

Cleveland Clinic: "Masturbation is a normal, healthy part of your sexual development. It involves the use of your hands, fingers, sex toys or other objects to stimulate your genitals and other sensitive areas of your body for sexual pleasure. Masturbation has many documented health benefits. It may reduce stress, improve sleep and ease pain, among other benefits."
