No it does not: Sexual activity of any kind does not affect the circulating level of testosterone in the male body. Certain body building supplements, hormonal treatments and anabolic steroids certainly can alter testosterone production and should be avoided.

Will not: Your body's testosterone is generated in your testes (balls). Having sex will not change the amount of testosterone that your body can produce. Neither will masturbation.
