Plan better: Don't leave studying last minute. If you organize and have a regular studying discipline, and get good sleep, you will feel less anxiety and stress when it's exam time. Make a good studying schedule

Stress: Take a break every 45 minutes for 5 minutes or shorten the time between breaks if that works better for you. Make sue you eat well as during stressful times many people eat simple carbs which can make you tired. Begin the day with moderate exercise to produce calming neurochemicals and try to put your studies in perspective, you want to do well but at your age you will have many chances to excel.
