Tips: I congratulate you on your strong study ethic. It would behoeve you to take breaks every hour - drink some water, walk around, stretch. Additionally, stretch even when you are sitting at a desk or computer. At age 17, you need more than 5 to 6 hours of sleep per night. Aim for 8 hours, insure you are eating healthfully. Try to be physically active every day. Consider adding in yoga or tai chi.

Tension headaches: There are relaxation exercises which help with tension headaches. Learning to relax and decompress as well as getting enough sleep which usually is 7-8 hours for most people helps. Sometimes Ibuprofen can help. See a physician if it continues.
