Too much pressure: It sounds like you put too much pressure on yourself. If you go into the test too stressed out, you will not give your best. You can: pace yourself better, take breaks (the brain works better when rested); when tired, review things you are good at; talk to your friends for support; take a walk to clear your mind; work smart, not just hard (have a goal, target your focus to score more points).

If you are studying all day, break up the studying with some exercise to sublimate your stress and stay healthy at the same time. Also, practice mindfulness, yoga, spend some time having fun.
