Study in blocks of: Time (i.e. 20 minutes at a time). Take a break ; return to studying. Study through out the semester (don't cram). All nighters usually lead to poor retention. Repetition is excellent. Use of acronyms is very helpful fro memorization. Study in a quiet, well lit area.

Self hypnosis can : Help both to reduce stress and improve concentration and memory of what you are studying. Contact a clinical psychologist who can teach you hypnosis for the above in a couple of sessions. It is a wonderful asset to improve academic success. Feel free to ask additional questions if you have any about this.
