Ask dermatologist: Ask your dermatologist. They will be happy to evaluate the mole and remove if suspicious. Some might also remove if you have cosmetic concerns.

Get a biopsy: We have all been fooled by the appearance of skin lesions. It looks small. Get it removed and examined by a pathologist. My philosophy after 26 years of plastic surgery practice: "if you are worried about it, it is better in a bottle than on your body.".

If you are worried..: The best thing to do would be to have it biopsied. Then, we'll know for sure exactly what it is.
