What is the after care when getting a mole removed for a biopsy? also, what is the likelihood of having melanoma on an extremely small ~1.5 - 2mm asymmetric mole? doctor has seen it for 3 years, decided to remove today?

Current advice from skin surgeons is to simply keep the incision clean & apply a.moisturizing agent like aquaphor. Micromelanomas can be that small. One thing That I have found that makes a small mole suspicious is that may look very different from any other moles on your skin.
