Loosen the bandage: Because you are requesting info ill assume this isn't a run of the mill bug bite. First, if you happen to have killed the bug that bit you, keep it. Secondly, loosen the bandage around your toe in case the toe is purple because you have wrapped it too tight. Next, take the bug( if you have it) and go to urgent care to have your toe looked at.

You may of wrapped: It too tight, you also may need an antibiotic as it may be infected. If after unwrapping which i suggest you do immediately, the color remains you need to see a doc asap.

Medical emergency: It appears that you have wrapped your toe too tight. You need to immediately remove bandages and assess the circulation. If it does not pink up you need urgent medical care. If it responds but is still sluggish you n eed to reduce the swellingi on the digit with corticosteroids. If available take benedryl while waiting to see the dr. If circulation is impaired hyperbaric oxygen may improve outcome.
