Nothing: Fungus grows in a dark, warm and moist environment. If you have swelling, you may have a secondary bacterial infection and may require oral antibiotics. Most of the time, fungal infections of the skin on the feet . Respond to topical antifungal. Wrapping the foot would promote moisture, warmth. Let the air get to it.
