Purple toes: Many conditions (some age/lifestyle related) include: Raynaud's disease, peripheral arterial disease, frostbite bruising, footwear. Skin Color change can suggests not enough oxygen-rich blood in toes. Several systemic conditions could be involved, but all require a thorough workup—You didn't mention range of motion, degree of pain, if it's all toes, your age…the itch is puzzling. See your doc!
