Circumcision: I haven't done a circumcision in TX since 2012 at the Woodlands so I could not have done his circumcision. However, it sounds as if he has a little bit of irritation at the urethral entrance caused by a variety of things. For now I would keep him dry and avoid anything topical for now. If he is fussier than usual or because it is concerning to you please have him seen by his local pediatrician.
