No: What you are seeing is the flap edges, not the suction ring. Yes'm the eyes can be dry after lasik even after 6 weeks. Dryness can cause blurriness. You need to discuss this with your eye surgeon. All this is something you should have been informed about before the procedure.

No: You cannot still see a mark from the suction ring used during the creation of the lasik flap. Sounds like symptoms are more related to your dry eye. Discuss with your surgeon.
