Dry eye: Dry eye after lasik can cause blurred distance vision. It resolves with time but requires treatment to minimize effect on your current vision. Try frequent non-preserved artificial tears, ointment at night, omega-3 fatty acid supplements, and warm compresses. If no improvement, see your surgeon to consider Restasis and/or punctal plugs.
