No. Lots of sugar.: Smart water *sounds* like it's healthy but it's not. One bottle has 7 teaspoons of sugar, even more than 12 oz bottle of coca cola [though i'm not saying that you should drink coke instead]. Plain water is healthiest. Crave flavor? Add a slice of lemon, lime, orange or cucumber. Make your own iced tea [flavored green tea or herbal tea]. Only thing smart about it: makes your pocketbook smart. Ow.
