I've read good things about drinking vinegar water and the health benefits, then i read it was bad for your liver, so i stopped drinking it. is it good or bad for you, should i not drink it? tyvm

Neither one: Drinking vinegar is just a way to drink acid. Assuming moderate amounts and normal kidneys, drinking vinegar will make absolutely no difference in health, good or bad. If you enjoy it, feel free. But you could get nearly the same acid intake with lemonade, which most people would find a lot more tasty! (But beware of the sugar load....)
