Probably none: Another old wives/folk tale that it can help cure everything, prevent cancer, promote a longer or healthier life. About only thing proven is that an ounce of apple cider t night can very slightly reduce blood sugar levels by a few %, possible useful for some biabetics. Only documented scientific study to show it helps anything. Active ingredient is Acetic Acid which helps nothing else.

Many benefits: Apple cider vinegar is one of the most popular folk remedies, in fact entire books have been written about it. It's many uses include treating heartburn, many infections (like sinus, ear & yeast infections), acne & other skin conditions. It may help treat diabetes, hypertension & high cholesterol.Research is limited but does support many uses.It is safe and inexpensive.See comments for more info:.
