Probably the fibroid: The discomfort may be your fibroids, but make sure that u don't have a urinary tract infection. See your gyn or any doctor tomorrow to have a urinalysis and possibly a culture. You don't want to go into surgery with an infection, talk with your physician about hysterectomy options, open, laparoscopic and robotic.

Why hysterectomy?: Knowing nothing about your fibroids i just would ask if you have considered a uterine fibroid embolization (ufe) treatment. It is a minimally invasive treatment for fibroids that is good for many women. Hysterectomy is a surgical option in some women but this is a discussion that you should have with your gyn and an interventional radiologist (for the ufe) to present all the options.
