Few possibilities: Given your age and no family history of heart attacks, then probably not your heart, however you could have an undiagnosed heart problem. It could be gerd, (reflux), costochonditis (muscle inflammation), displaced rib, lung problem, referred pain from some other organ like gallbladder, worse case (not likel), a tumor somewhere. If it continues you should be examined by a physician.

See a doctor: Impossible to diagnose without an exam. This could be physiological or anatomical and may require imaging studies to determine. Also need more history. What have you swallowed? Do you have trouble swallowing? Any other symptoms? Have you had UGI problems before? Go and get looked at. Best.

Food most likely: You are 27 year old male with feelings of a mass in throat. Most likely it is a bolus of food that was not chewed enough. This is most common. If it has slowly progressed you may consider lymph nodes. See your doctor. He/she will ask about pain, ability to swallow liquids and solids. He/she will also ask about any recent travel, fevers, sleeping habits.
