Increased temperature, even "one degree", along with tender lymph nodes with discomfort can be symptoms of COVID-19. Obtain a PCR test for COVID-19, and quarantine for at least 10 days along with close contacts. If respiratory efforts are difficult, go to an ER for evaluation. See or speak to your primary care provider for a culture and/or treatment, as Strep thoat can also be present.
