I feel a tightening in my suprasternal notch. it feels worse if i move a straight arm stretched across my chest or above my head.

Sternal notch tight: May be costochondritis, Inflammation of the joint joining the clavical to the manubrium . Does it hurt when you press on the bone? Or just may be a musculoskeletal inflammation of the sternocleidomastoid muscle or other muscles( is that tender?) Would try tylenol or motrin and see if helps. Rarely may be be from reflux,( try mylanta) or cardiac consider EKG. f/u /w doc
