Sinus pressure?: Roots of the upper molars often protrude up into the maxillary sinus. Flonase is a nasal steroid (anti-inflammatory) that is used to shrink membranes of the nose and open the ducts that drain the sinuses (that open on the top--so you must "stand on your head to drain them!) pressure means: still inflamed. Try using neilmed with a double salt mix-hypertonic solution. No med side effects.
