Different actions: Diflucan is used to treat mild yeast or fungal infections while Flonase is a steroid (like hydrocortisone) containing drug with anti- allergic and anti-inflammatory effect. Steroids should not be used to treat fungal/yeast infection as they lower the cell-mediated immunity: should not use this combination if you have a yeast infection.
