I have sinusitis with pressure around my cheekbones. i have been using flonase two puffs twice a day and nasal wash three times a day for a week per doctor instructions. feeling slightly better,but not much. how long before i should feel better?

Be "patient": patient ! The main effective ingredients is a steroid (cortisone-like) drug. Another week at least! Hope this is helpful! Dr Z
